…. after a 15 minute phone call to service people to discuss why isaac’s computer is taking soo long (3 weeks) to get repaired…. isaac is getting a new macbook pro…
furthermore i didn’t have to use profanity or threaten to burn anything down (as it’s often the case with dell and hp) … so here it is.. if you needed a reason to like apple.. there’s one for you.

u know i love everything about apple, the only thing i wish is that apple is a pc. ironic i know
but i don’t understand why apple give me a same model ipod replacement but isaac gets a new macbook pro….u mean a brand new model?
yeah .. that’s right… we talked to the right people at apple.. so isaac gets a whole new model.. quite an upgrade.. i know
