getting on Web 2.0 bandwagon is none other as yours truly AU Alumni Office. While there are numerous issues with showing and collecting pictures on our own site we can do it quite successfully on flickr. And i think keeping pictures on flickr might be a better choice for now anyways, we can serve the images any way we want, link to them from the AU Alumni main site, and they will be there, nicely re-sized and always available. All of these things is something i can’t say for any of the CMS abilities we have now. So here it is… AU Alumni Office flickr account. I will begin archiving stuff on there tomorrow. So feel free to linkup, checkout pictures and so forth.

Note: originally i was going to tie this whole post in Barak Obama somehow, because BarackObama.com was using Flickr to host their pictures, but now it seems as though they switched to using slideshowpro.net gallery for their "picture" section, so sadly no more Obama ties there:)
