spring in michigan
Obviously I’m a little out of practice… Although Nike says “Relive How you Run”, I say there are some runs that are better left forgotten:)

back from west coast… it’s hot in michigan and we’re going to a conference on orlando which is possibly the last place in the world i would want to visit in august… but hey, seeing some old friends and some more good sushi will make it worth while…
